Course Overview

This course is fifteen hours in duration and involves hands-on computer time.  It is considered an introductory level course.  MS Publisher is a desktop publishing program that combines ease-of-use and power to produce professional looking materials.  By completing various projects, you will learn how to create and edit publications, newsletters, and brochures.

"Introduction To The Personal Computer (A100) "

"MS Windows 2000 (B100)"

Equivalent knowledge.

Required Material

Text:  "MS Publisher 2000: Basic" by Thompson Learning

CD-Rom Data disk, pencil or pen, and note paper.

Course hand-outs will be provided in class.
